Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and coordinate end-to-end successful technical or solution delivery of assigned tasks, partnering with network engineering/implementation teams and program/project managers.
  • •Manage STI/release and deployment activities before, during, and after change windows through Production Day-One, including tracking, reporting, and documentation completion.
  • •Develop and manage engineering delivery tasks, proactively anticipate and resolve issues/conflicts across release and engineering workflows, and escalate as needed.
  • •Establish and maintain release/impact/risk trackers and calendars with program/project managers and delivery teams; monitor progress and communicate release schedules to stakeholders.
  • •Maintain 100% compliance with firm-wide change management policies, participate in change management board/release readiness reviews, and support post-implementation review activities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in a technical role supporting network project/programs.
  • •Ability to understand and translate business requirements into engineering and/or implementation details.
  • •Experience managing network technical/engineering/implementation resource tasks and service delivery, including coordination across internal teams and vendors/partners.
  • •Strong background in IT service delivery and change management, including CAB processes and procedures.
  • •High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or technical training preferred.
