Job Summary

Support the OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation program by helping deliver and sustain the corporate SAP S/4HANA (Record to Report) enterprise hub. Own configuration, development, testing, cutover/hypercare, and ongoing sustainment for integrations tied to payroll and timekeeping and tax. Partner with business and digital teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, document solutions, troubleshoot SAP issues, and monitor integration health during rollout and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business and digital teams and cross-functional partners to understand requirements and guide effective use of the ERP system.
•Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes aligned to the desired operating model and best practices.
•Support ERP delivery across build, testing, cutover & hypercare, and ongoing sustainment for the corporate S/4HANA enterprise hub.
•Assist with data mapping and testing, and deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows.
•Provide end-user support for SAP functionality, troubleshooting and resolving errors, and monitor inbound/outbound integrations and related failures.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years, or 14 years without a degree.
•Experience with finance processes including Finance Master Data, Allocations, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, G/L, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Period Close & Consolidation, and Project Accounting.
•Hands-on working knowledge of SAP systems, including configuration, data management, and reporting—especially FI-GL, FI-BL, FI-AA, Reporting, and Profit Center accounting.
•Experience supporting SAP integrations, including Tax engine and Workday/ADP.
•Ability to plan, manage, and deliver across many workstreams in a fast-paced environment while translating business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
