Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cargo warehouse operation and freighter ramp activities at appointed station(s) as the main operational contact.
  • •Plan and supervise ramp coordination to drive improved freighter OTP performance for key routes and products.
  • •Support delivery and complex cargo loading for passenger or freighter operations, including on-the-job training and coaching for staff.
  • •Conduct regular inspections to ensure cargo operations meet safety, security, and regulatory requirements under SMS guidelines.
  • •Raise PR/PO/GRN in SAP, verify supplier invoices, micromanage VIP/special services shipments, and escalate medium/high risks to management.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of cargo operations experience or equivalent capacity with a high school diploma.
  • •Knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and regulatory compliance expectations.
  • •Good standard of verbal and written English.
  • •Good understanding of computer airfreight specifications.
  • •Industry training in Dangerous Goods, Cargo Operations, Security, Quality, and Auditor trainings is an advantage.
