Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend forecast calls to identify and understand key week/month/quarter priorities.
  • •Coordinate weekly commit operationalization across Sales, Channel, Engineering, Finance, IT, and Customer Service.
  • •Prepare sneak peek reports for theatre and segment during critical period-ends.
  • •Provide field/customer operations advisory, including supply chain constraint management and operational design for complex hardware deals and deal assurance.
  • •Drive process improvement via automation/change requests, manage quality of bookings/backlog, and conduct stakeholder operational business reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • •7+ years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge of end-to-end field operational processes and experience in a channel business structure.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional/global initiatives and change management in business transformation environments.
  • •Proficiency in data analytics and advanced Excel and PowerPoint; English proficiency required (Mandarin/local languages are an added advantage).
