Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and own the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary construction projects to deliver on-time, under-budget outcomes with customer satisfaction.
  • •Provide guidance on preliminary scope/customer requests and rough order of magnitude costs.
  • •Develop final cost and schedule, implement cost/schedule/scope controls, and track/approve invoicing.
  • •Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through close-out.
  • •Facilitate city, county, and regulatory approvals; resolve design and construction conflicts; manage site safety and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management or 4+ years of experience in construction management.
  • •8+ years of professional experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • •Experience with project management of major construction projects, including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
  • •Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects with minimal guidance.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations and coordinate items.
