Support the FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) business development strategy and day-to-day operations by driving short-term strategic project delivery. Help initiate and implement logistics merchant onboarding and other seller operations programs, contributing to operational excellence across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

•Deeply understand the FBT business model and support FBT business development strategy formulation and daily operational execution.
•Drive delivery of critical strategic projects for the FBT BD team.
•Facilitate cross-team collaboration with Ecom AM/Strategy, Data Analytics, and warehouse ops to align on project objectives.
•Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to unblock progress bottlenecks.
•Support project launches such as seller onboarding programs and deliver business strategy implementation.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a university degree, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, and able to attend for at least 12 weeks full-time or part-time.
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; Excel familiarity (pivot tables, lookups) preferred.
•Eager to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
•Preferred major in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
