Job Summary

Deliver equipment and materials safely and efficiently as part of the Forge & Build team, operating CDL-licensed vehicles, performing pre/post-trip inspections, managing loads, and ensuring compliance with DOT and company safety standards to provide excellent customer service and on-time deliveries.

Job Function: Transportation & Fleet Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Operates vehicles according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
•Performs pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
•Manages and transports loads safely and in a timely manner over the required route, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
•Maintains all required regulatory logs (e.g., electronic logging devices).
•Assists with loading and unloading goods and materials, using specialized equipment when warranted, and returns equipment to designated areas.

Key Requirements

•Proven delivery driver experience with customer-facing interaction
•Active Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or chauffeur's license as required by state regulations
•Experience operating a forklift and straight truck
•Knowledge of DOT regulations and ability to maintain regulatory logs (e.g., electronic logging devices)
•Ability to pass background and drug testing and a DOT physical
