Job Summary

Lead a technical, customer-focused Success Architecture team for Agentforce, ensuring sustainable customer satisfaction across segments. Manage and develop Success Architects, drive customer adoption and value realization, handle escalations, and ensure KPIs such as CSAT and time to resolve are met. Partner with global and regional stakeholders across Support, Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, Renewals, and Business Operations to deliver world-class experiences through the Agentforce lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, lead, and develop a world-class team of Success Architects.
•Manage the team’s customer experience and technical support execution, including proactive guidance and operational rigor.
•Track and manage key metrics such as CSAT, productivity, time to resolve, and outcome achievement.
•Serve as an escalation point for high-severity customer issues and ensure timely, successful resolution.
•Drive customer adoption and value realization for Agentforce, including production launch, wide adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in consulting/professional services, customer success, or related customer-facing roles handling complex enterprise issues.
•5+ years at management level with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
•Experience managing teams of 15+ individual contributors in enterprise-scale organizations.
•Cloud/SaaS software environment experience supporting global or regional customers.
•Proven track record driving operational excellence and strategic customer outcomes.
