Key Responsibilities

•Lead project coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating the work of others.
•Review and approve drawing, specifications and other documentation for building permits, tender and construction, and technical reports.
•Ensure designs are developed in compliance with client requirements and local codes, standards and regulations.
•Develop or assist in the development of studies, programs, concepts, and preliminary/final plans and specifications.
•Interface with clients, authorities and project participants to achieve a successful project.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 80,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•University degree in Architecture and at least 4 years of professional experience.
•Registration with AIBC as Architect or Intern Architect.
•Experience with Building and Places is an asset.
•Proficiency with REVIT, BIM, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
