Job Summary

Own the open-source growth engine for DeepEval—driving active developer users through SEO/AEO-GEO visibility, GitHub and docs-as-funnel content systems, and rigorous funnel instrumentation. Build and ship programmatic SEO, content pipelines, automation, attribution, and AI-agent tooling that scales with compounding experiments. Partner with the founders on strategy while you measure quality adoption weekly and hand conversion-ready signals to them.

Key Responsibilities

•Own DeepEval’s open-source growth and drive active users through developer content, SEO, AEO/GEO visibility, GitHub, docs-as-funnel, and organic channels.
•Build growth-engineering systems including programmatic SEO, content pipelines, automation, concept/comparison pages, and AI-agent tooling.
•Instrument the funnel to measure which channels and content drive quality adoption.
•Go deep on DeepEval’s product to create credible content and participate in GitHub issues and technical discussions.
•Run weekly growth experiments, double down on what compounds, and shift effort based on measured adoption quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience in growth engineering, technical growth, or developer-focused growth—building systems and shipping experiments rather than managing agencies.
•Comfort coding with Python and/or TypeScript/Node to build scrapers, content pipelines, attribution, and AI-agent tooling.
•Strong technical curiosity about LLM evaluation, with credibility engaging in GitHub issues and technical discussions.
•Strong modern organic discovery skills across SEO and AEO/GEO, with content that ranks, gets cited, and converts.
•Clear, credible developer writing skills technical enough for engineers to respect.
