Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for Coach. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and stockroom organization.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including the ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and handle physical demands including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
