Own end-to-end planning, readiness, deployment, and value realization of Microsoft 365 Copilot for enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities

•Own the Microsoft 365 Copilot proposition, delivery methodology, and solution approach across enterprise and public sector engagements.
•Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams to implement a unified Copilot solution integrating collaboration/content, data security/compliance, endpoint/identity, and Power Platform capabilities.
•Conduct Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessments covering licensing, data governance, permissions, security, network readiness, and business use cases.
•Lead provisioning and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including grounding across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive, and designing extensibility with Copilot Studio agents.
•Ensure Copilot deployments comply with identity, Conditional Access, information protection, and data governance controls; define value realization, success metrics, and executive reporting to drive adoption.

Key Requirements

•8+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, including leading complex multi-workstream Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments end to end (readiness, grounding, extensibility, and adoption).
•Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI-powered productivity solutions.
•Broad expertise across Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
•Experience implementing Microsoft Purview governance, identity protection, Conditional Access, and enterprise security controls for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
•Strong requirements gathering and executive stakeholder management, plus ability to produce solution designs, deployment documentation, governance frameworks, and executive presentations.
