Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Head of Legal to lead EU regulatory and competition strategy, enable growth through legal strategy, and manage high-impact commercial negotiations. The role partners with commercial, product, and government relations across Europe, guiding senior stakeholders and driving process improvements with AI and legal tech in a hybrid/12-month fixed term capacity.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise on EU regulatory and competition strategy to influence commercial strategy and market expansion across Europe.
•Use legal strategy as an enabler for growth and to accelerate innovative customer and industry propositions.
•Act as a senior escalation point for complex commercial contract negotiations and provide pragmatic, solutions-oriented legal guidance on high-impact issues.
•Partner cross-functionally with commercial, product and government relations teams to execute strategic priorities outside the UK.
•Lead and support a collaborative legal team culture, guiding direct reports and representing Legal as a credible advisor to the business.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 110,000 - 120,000 annually
