Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or coordinate complex security incidents, driving investigation, containment, recovery, and follow-through under pressure.
  • •Directly manage a team of 5–8 in the US region and coach incident responders to improve investigation quality and executive communication.
  • •Partner with Detection, Security Engineering, Product Security, Legal, Crisis Communications, Support, and senior leadership across incident workflows.
  • •Improve the incident response system through playbooks, metrics, exercises, and post-incident reviews, and enhance tooling.
  • •Drive adoption of investigative AI tools and automation to help analysts triage faster, enrich cases, summarize findings, and orchestrate response workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead or coordinate complex security incidents in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise environment, with experience managing and developing senior security engineers, incident responders, and/or technical leads.
  • •Translate incomplete technical information into clear decisions, risks, and next steps with strong executive communication skills.
  • •Improve incident response programs using operational metrics, retrospectives, process design, and readiness exercises, influencing cross-team stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with investigation workflows and operational coordination, including detection and response tooling and log analysis.
  • •Experience deploying investigative AI tools and automation in security operations/incident response to improve triage, case enrichment, summarization, and orchestration without sacrificing security rigor.
