Responsible for the technical implementation of public-safety projects within the Command Center suite, collaborating with Project Managers, application specialists, customers, and developers to ensure successful delivery. Leads technical and programmatic decisions, tailors system engineering processes, and helps manage costs, schedules, and risks while coordinating with stakeholders in pre/post-sales and during customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the technical requirements, concepts of operation, and architecture of the overall solution, coordinating with Pre- and Post-Sales teams to align requirements with customer needs
•Lead and defend the project’s technical and programmatic decisions; identify customer expectation mismatches and collaborate with the Project Manager to mitigate them
•Tailor and apply change management and systems engineering processes; work with customer and engineering teams when implementing solutions including third-party applications
•Assist Project Management in developing and managing costs and schedules by identifying technical risks to the deployment plan and suggesting mitigations
•Participate as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager in third-party, customer, and internal meetings

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience delivering Public Safety projects in a technical role or enterprise-level technical deployment projects
•Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required
•Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
•Excellent presentation skills; proficient with drawing/diagramming tools (e.g., MS Visio)
•Strong verbal and written English skills; willingness to travel up to 30%
