Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a contract management process with internal stakeholders to ensure successful CAPEX execution for wastewater and UPW projects.
  • •Develop and execute procurement strategies for wastewater treatment plants, ultrapure water systems, and related construction projects.
  • •Perform market analysis to determine should-costs and secure purchasing deals for specialized equipment and construction services.
  • •Own end-to-end sourcing strategy and performance for major utility water systems, including industrial water and wastewater collection/treatment/discharge and compliance.
  • •Create and manage supplier management programs and lead RFPs and purchase orders, tracking projected/actual spend and driving cost reduction initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, engineering (chemical/environmental/mechanical), contract negotiation, operations/supply chain management, construction/facilities/industrial plant management, or wastewater/water/industrial process systems.
  • •Experience with capital equipment procurement and/or construction project management for industrial water treatment, wastewater, or ultrapure water systems.
  • •Knowledge of advanced wastewater treatment technologies such as membrane filtration (TMF/UF/RO), EDI/IX, advanced oxidation, and ZLD systems (evaporators, crystallizers).
  • •Construction project management and/or construction cost estimating experience, preferably for industrial or manufacturing facilities.
  • •Strong budget tracking and financial analysis skills, including cost analytical and budgetary risk assessment.
