Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bench testing of a diversified line of parts, subassemblies, and completed units following established procedures.
  • •Build/fabricate setup operations on less complicated test systems.
  • •Connect products to be tested to test equipment, monitor gauges and meters, and verify and record results.
  • •Comply with safety requirements, including proper PPE use and safe operation of equipment, and meet departmental safety objectives.
  • •Keep the assigned work area clean, organized, and orderly per 5S standards and support Lean continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.
  • •Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in Fuel, Hydraulic and/or Pneumatic Testing is required.
  • •Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Irvine, CA to be considered.
  • •Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use direct reading and fixed gauges.
  • •Lift up to 50 lbs while following safety practices and procedures.
