Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules for data center projects through construction hand-off.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trade partners to gather input, validate sequencing, and ensure schedule feasibility.
  • •Create and update multiple scenario schedules until lease signing, including detailed schedule analysis for risks, delays, and acceleration/optimization opportunities.
  • •Proactively implement recovery strategies and mitigation plans to maintain milestones and contractual obligations.
  • •Facilitate schedule review meetings and establish, track, and report KPIs; integrate subcontractor/vendor schedules and support progress measurement, earned value analysis, and delay impact assessments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •7+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • •Proficiency in scheduling tools, specifically Primavera P6 and knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • •Strong understanding of preconstruction/construction sequencing, work breakdown structures, and critical path method (CPM).
  • •Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications (preferred), with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
