  • •Act as a people partner to members of the Leadership Team across the global PG&C organization.
  • •Provide trusted counsel, challenge, and insight to senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • •Shape and deliver workforce strategies that enable a high-performance culture with care, including organisation design and transformation.
  • •Build capability through talent, succession, and leadership development strategies.

Key Requirements
