Casualty NDA File Handler

Manage a caseload of employer’s liability and public liability (EL/PL) claims for insurance clients, applying a forensic, analytical approach to liability and case strategy. Conduct evidence review, disclosure, investigations, and progress matters in line with client SLAs, handling Fast-Track and potential Multi-Track cases. Draft and manage case documents (including questions, schedules, and trial bundles), attend conferences and trial with counsel, and ensure compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
