Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for government eServices and digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Produce BRDs and user stories/PBIs with acceptance criteria, and create BPMN 2.0 process models with full traceability for Azure DevOps delivery.
  • •Facilitate workshops with government stakeholders, resolve conflicting requirements, and obtain formal sign-offs.
  • •Map as-is/to-be processes and identify dependencies, edge cases, and non-functional requirements (security, privacy, audit, performance).
  • •Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation while validating outputs and handling sensitive government data; support UAT and mentor junior BAs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; CBAP (or equivalent BA certification) strongly preferred.
  • •6+ years of hands-on business analysis experience, including government/public-sector digital services in the UAE/GCC.
  • •Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and structured documentation (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • •Proven greenfield requirements experience (not limited to ERP configuration or pre-sales).
  • •Proficient with Agile delivery and backlog management using Azure DevOps (or Jira).
