Claims Handler Automotive

Handle automotive insurance claims end-to-end: open and follow cases, negotiate settlements with clients and involved parties (insurers, experts, attorneys), and ensure timely resolution from payment through closure and filing. Analyze claim files, manage agendas and correspondence, and produce/interpret claim statistics with colleagues to improve processes. Work in-house within an international automotive environment while communicating professionally in both languages.
