  • •National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; complete the required registration process including criminal background and credit check.
  • •Maintain required NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
  • •Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs using a digital-first mindset and make appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively.
