Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Terraform and Python that provision Databricks workspaces, catalogs, and AWS data infrastructure.
  • •Implement and automate governance and access controls, including identity/permissions management, data retention enforcement, and audit evidence for SOX and SOC 2.
  • •Develop self-service infrastructure tooling for provisioning, monitoring, and managing data infrastructure within established standards.
  • •Build and maintain data pipelines and frameworks using Python and Spark to move data through the Data Lake while meeting governance and security standards.
  • •Handle reliability work: incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical outages, apply fixes, and participate in an on-call rotation with after-hours coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience focused on data engineering, analytics engineering, or backend development.
