Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and guide a small team of engineers developing new solutions and maintaining/improving existing solutions.
  • •Partner with manufacturing and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of analytical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Analyze manufacturing data (production metrics, process flow, resource utilization) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop and implement manufacturing solutions using analytics to improve productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • •Create/maintain documentation for analytical solution strategies and lead/facilitate lean, kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives, including KPI implementation and capacity/workforce input.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred: MBA or MS Engineering).
  • •8+ years in a manufacturing strategy or analysis role, delivering tangible insights that drove results.
  • •2+ years managing a team or leading complex cross-functional projects.
  • •Strong analytical skills for collecting, organizing, and analyzing manufacturing data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools and manufacturing improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma/lean), plus excellent communication and presentation skills.
