Job Summary

Support the Restaurant Manager in running daily front-of-house operations by leading the service team during shifts. Ensure guests receive consistent Dubai Golf service through floor presence, shift briefings, and smooth service flow. Manage opening/closing procedures and POS control, drive upselling and accurate ordering, coach Captains and Waiters, and uphold hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and brand standards while coordinating with culinary and bar teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure prompt, professional guest service and consistent Dubai Golf standards.
•Lead shift execution through briefings, section allocation, service timing/pace monitoring, and smooth opening/closing checklists.
•Support revenue by coaching upselling culture and ensuring accurate order posting, discounts/voids handling, and correct guest billing.
•Coach and support Captains and Waiters, reinforce SOPs/service steps, and assist onboarding for new joiners.
•Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance during shifts by applying HACCP standards, identifying hazards, and escalating issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent.
•Minimum 4 years’ experience in F&B, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
•Fluency in English (verbal and written).
•Solid understanding of F&B service steps, menu items, wine service, HACCP, and POS systems.
•Ability to make decisions, resolve issues, and manage high-pressure service periods.
