Founding Production Systems Engineer

Build and scale reliable production systems for an early-stage AI video infrastructure startup that turns prompts and documents into whiteboard-style explainer videos. As a founding engineering hire, you’ll improve job execution reliability, queueing and failure recovery, and design monitoring/alerting and incident-response workflows. You’ll optimize cost across compute, storage, and third-party services while creating internal tools that make debugging and operations faster and more effective.
