Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured Accelerator programs from discovery through measurement, defining outcomes, baselines, milestones, collaboration backlog, and documented results.
  • •Guide customers on using the GitLab platform, including DevSecOps best practices, Git workflows, CI/CD, and adoption patterns.
  • •Own a book of customers and drive adoption, retention, expansion, and satisfaction through ongoing strategic and technical engagement.
  • •Build and maintain Customer Success Plans with goals and KPIs, tracking progress over time.
  • •Act as primary liaison for assigned accounts, coordinating escalations and responses across Support, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical understanding of Git, common branching strategies, and modern software development lifecycles.
  • •Working knowledge of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps practices.
  • •Experience guiding customers through technical or architectural decisions in complex enterprise environments.
  • •Experience facilitating technical workshops and structured customer enablement/adoption initiatives.
  • •Ability to manage a portfolio, handle escalations, and coordinate across Support, Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services.
