Job Summary

Build strong relationships with retail and business banking customers through proactive outreach and personalized service across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to individual goals. Open new accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and help customers adopt digital and self-service tools. Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Thorough knowledge of retail banking products and services, including digital products and self-service technologies.
•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with customers; experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions is preferred.
