Customer Sales Support Executive

Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, quotations, and invoices with accuracy. Provide sales-team administrative support, maintain client records and sales data in the CRM, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Resolve customer complaints to achieve satisfactory outcomes, assist with sales reporting, and deliver after-sales support to build long-term client relationships.
