Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Set up, program, and operate a wide range of CNC machines (lathes, grinders, mills, EDM, laser) to manufacture and repair parts according to drawings and work instructions.
•Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts using precision measuring tools and CMMs to ensure conformance to specifications.
•Assist in quality management, machine maintenance, and material handling; maintain logs and records of production.
•Perform deburring and install detail components such as bushings and nuts; clean, organize, and move parts as required.
•Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and adherence to manufacturing standards to contribute to a world-class production environment.

Key Requirements

•Must-have experience operating and setting up a variety of CNC machines (lathes, grinders, milling machines, EDM, laser) from drawings and standard work instructions.
•Proficient in visual and dimensional inspection using precision gauges and CMMs to verify part conformity.
•Ability to maintain logs and records, support quality management, and assist with equipment maintenance and material flow.
•Performs deburring, installs detail parts (bushings, nuts), and handles cleaning, packaging, and movement of parts.
•Strong commitment to meeting part specifications, keeping a clean workstation, and complying with health and safety standards.
