Insurance Agent, Protect - West Coast Shift

Sell and advise members on SoFi Protect insurance products spanning Life, Home, and Auto. Engage customers via phone, email, text, and chat; handle leads and manage a sales pipeline. Drive each sale lifecycle from intake and quoting through fulfillment using SoFi’s insurance provider panel. Support operational build-out with the Protect Business Lead, identify cross-sell opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance the business.
