Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct daily lot personnel and lot operations to ensure efficient staging and vehicle movement through sales lanes.
  • •Coordinate vehicle flow from check-in to sale lanes, ensuring incoming vehicles are received, stocked-in, numerated, and parked correctly.
  • •Supervise check-in area operations by managing workflow and coordinating activities of drivers, check-in personnel, lane captains, and other employees.
  • •Inspect and maintain lot operations equipment; monitor lot damage and review/resolve lot operations problems with the Operations Manager.
  • •Lead and develop team performance by determining work procedures, preparing schedules, expediting workflow, assigning duties, monitoring accuracy, and assisting with counseling/discipline as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field (automotive shop preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •1+ year of experience in a management, supervisory, or lead role.
  • •Minimum of 3 years lot operations experience preferred.
  • •Experience in automobile industry or the Auction business preferred.
  • •Strong communication, supervisory/organizational skills, and good computer/software knowledge; valid driver’s license required.
