Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise the Accounting team to manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process with accuracy and agreed timelines.
  • •Manage day-to-day accounting operations, establishing processes and controls to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • •Run month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring reconciliations and reporting are completed on schedule.
  • •Review subsidiary ledger balances and reconciliations versus the General Ledger; investigate significant variances and provide insights.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate supplier/employee payments and support statutory reporting, GST returns, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience across accounting, audit, taxation, or commercial finance.
  • •Experience managing or supervising an accounting team in a multinational or structured commercial organization.
  • •Strong end-to-end accounting knowledge covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, inventory, fixed assets, and month-end closing.
  • •Working knowledge of local and International Financial Reporting Standards and applicable tax regulations.
  • •Professional accounting qualification such as MIA, CPA, or ACCA (or equivalent) preferred.
