Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement functional, regression, and end-to-end tests across UI, API, and database layers.
  • •Develop, execute, and analyze test runs for microservice capacity and performance of key product scenarios.
  • •Own the test strategy for Dialpad’s AI Contact Center systems, including AI Routing, Digital Agent workflows, and Agentic Analytics.
  • •Leverage agentic coding tools to generate test cases and build test software.
  • •Provide detailed failure analysis, define relevant KPIs, and communicate results across teams and stakeholders.

Salary: CAD 149,000 - 173,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of relevant software development experience, preferably building test automation frameworks for SaaS applications.
  • •Strong programming expertise in a top language such as Python or Java.
  • •Strong experience designing and building scalable test automation frameworks.
  • •Experience with multiple testing methodologies including functional, integration, load, and performance testing.
  • •Experience injecting tests in CI pipelines and familiarity with cloud technologies and REST service testing.
