Job Summary

Lead the design, governance, and regulatory oversight of EMEA compensation, ensuring compliance with evolving remuneration rules across multiple jurisdictions. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, Boards, and Compensation Committees. Interpret regulatory texts into practical compensation frameworks, manage governance and disclosures, perform horizon scanning and gap analyses, and coordinate audit support activities while partnering across Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, Risk, and Internal Audit.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, governance, and regulatory oversight of compensation across EMEA to ensure compliance with remuneration regulations (e.g., UCITS V, AIFMD, MIFIDPRU, CRD).
•Operationalize complex EMEA remuneration regulations into practical compensation frameworks across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
•Own governance of EMEA remuneration frameworks, including MRT identification oversight and designing deferral, malus, and claw back rules aligned to risk-adjusted performance frameworks.
•Lead end-to-end regulatory remuneration disclosures with accuracy, audit readiness, and alignment across jurisdictions.
•Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders and act as Secretary and key advisor to the EMEA Compensation Committee; support internal/external audit reviews and drive horizon scanning and gap analyses.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience interpreting and applying EMEA financial services remuneration regulation in asset management, banking, or regulatory advisory environments.
•Experience with MRT identification, variable pay structures, and risk-adjusted compensation frameworks.
•Proven track record interacting with regulators, audit functions, or governance committees.
•Experience operating across multiple EMEA jurisdictions with differing regulatory expectations.
•Deep technical expertise in EMEA remuneration regulation, including UCITS V, AIFMD, MIFIDPRU, and CRD.
