Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers and drive customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and ready for sale.
  • •Handle assortment and merchandise maintenance, including warehousing and stocking of goods.
  • •Perform inventory activities and support cash register operations.
  • •Monitor retail KPIs such as conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, and number of services.

Key Requirements

  • •Comparable experience or strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy.
  • •First experience in retail, including advising and dealing with customers.
  • •Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • •Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
  • •Fluent in English or the native language of the country.
