Job Summary

Drive cross-asset AI delivery within the Investment Platform by coordinating opportunities across AI Nodes, CIO priorities, and delivery squads. Translate investment requirements into executable delivery topics, build prototypes and reusable AI components, and push production-ready solutions through scalable engineering practices (code reviews, testing, SDLC, CI/CD). Act as a D&T interface for cross-asset AI planning and provide functional guidance to junior Central AI Node roles to ensure consistency and reuse.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement cross-asset AI solutions and reusable components in collaboration with asset-class AI Nodes, maintaining consistency across Investments.
•Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, reusable AI components, shared frameworks, and the common AI code base.
•Apply engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, documentation, CI/CD) to improve quality, scalability, and maintainability.
•Translate AI priorities into delivery requirements and implementation plans, and feed priorities into planning, OKRs, roadmaps, and sprint discussions.
•Provide functional guidance, coaching, and day-to-day direction to junior Central AI Node roles while avoiding duplicated AI development through shared standards.
