Job Summary

Own material readiness and planning execution for new product introductions across multiple commodity areas supporting the launch and production ramp of humanoid robots. Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Program Management to align materials, systems, and processes; manage inventory health, procurement inputs, and clear-to-build/NPI launch readiness while improving planning accuracy, reporting visibility, and execution through continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Own material readiness and planning execution for new product introductions across multiple commodity areas including motors, PCBs, structural components, batteries, and electromechanical assemblies.
•Coordinate proactively with cross-functional partners to ensure material readiness for prototype, validation, and production builds.
•Maintain inventory health by balancing material availability, excess inventory risk, and changing program requirements.
•Translate production schedules and engineering demand into actionable procurement and planning requirements.
•Drive NPI launches by establishing clear-to-build processes, BOM readiness, and supply chain risk mitigation plans while improving planning accuracy and reporting visibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
•2-4 years of experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain operations, or NPI program management.
•Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
•Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, electronics, robotics, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments.
•Advanced Excel skills with experience making data-driven planning decisions.
