BEI New Business Specialist

Own end-to-end resolution of customer and internal enrolment enquiries for new members and groups, serving customers and brokers through phone and email. Maintain and update customer records in the management system, gather missing form information, and input member/group details accurately into the operating system. Process new groups and individuals from Sales referrals, applying underwriting and business rules while meeting quality, productivity, compliance, and governance standards.
