Sr Relationship Service Officer - Hang Seng Bank (HK)

Support corporate clients and relationship managers by delivering consistent day-to-day service aligned to SLAs. Identify opportunities to improve support and add value, and liaise with internal teams to resolve client and operational issues. Handle and gatekeep reports from relationship managers, compile status and performance tracking information for oversight, and provide after-sales support and logistics in line with annual goals for Corporate Banking development.
