Key Responsibilities

•Design and scale IAM infrastructure for secure onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle management across business systems and engineering environments.
•Implement phishing-resistant MFA, RBAC standards, and automated access governance workflows to improve security posture.
•Automate provisioning, certification, and identity lifecycle management to reduce manual overhead.
•Partner with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to strengthen identity controls across cloud, SaaS, and internal infrastructure environments.
•Establish scalable auditing, reporting, and compliance visibility across identity systems and enterprise applications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in IAM, enterprise identity engineering, or access governance roles.
•Hands-on experience administering enterprise identity providers and access management systems.
•Experience implementing MFA, RBAC, provisioning automation, and access review processes at scale.
•Strong scripting/automation experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar.
•Experience supporting cloud and SaaS environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent platforms.
