Develop and sustain robust wet etch process modules for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Define module roadmaps, establish flow and equipment configuration, and select materials and tools to meet quality, yield, reliability, cost, productivity, and safety targets. Plan experiments to characterize process performance, drive improvements, implement process control systems, and support technology transfers and factory start-ups.
