Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Educate consumers on products, in-store promotions, and events, and contribute ideas to improve the team environment.
  • •Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown processes, loyalty program promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Salary: 11.44 - 13.17

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is an advantage).
  • •Able to work rotational shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
