Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in deeper conversations (in-person and by phone) to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and assist with account-related products including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations through sales-driven conversations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years experience building new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web).
