Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Oracle Health implementation, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, optimization, and post-implementation activities.
  • •Provide end-user support, workflow guidance, and issue resolution for clinicians and operational stakeholders.
  • •Evaluate clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows and recommend process and technology improvements.
  • •Facilitate issue triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution while tracking risks, dependencies, and critical incidents.
  • •Support adoption and operational readiness through coaching, knowledge transfer, and training materials; develop documentation and executive communications as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Oracle Health (Cerner) experience supporting implementations, go-lives, optimization, informatics, adoption, operational transformation, or application support in healthcare organizations.
  • •Experience with healthcare workflows across clinical, ambulatory, acute care, ancillary, revenue cycle, or operational functions.
  • •Experience supporting healthcare technology deployments, workflow improvement initiatives, or post-implementation support programs.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills in fast-paced environments; ability to document issues, track resolutions, and communicate status and recommendations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (or other government-required) background investigation.
