Email Marketing Senior Specialist

Own and optimize CRM and customer engagement programs across email, push notifications, and in-app messages. Manage activation of customer data to deliver end-to-end CRM strategy, refine multi-channel communications, and develop retention strategies. Support CRM lifecycle and contact strategy definition, set success metrics, and lead weekly/monthly reporting and deep-dive analysis to ensure performance-driven, data-informed campaigns.
