Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general construction labor duties supporting roadway, utility, grading, paving, and site development projects.
  • •Assist with site preparation including excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling activities.
  • •Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • •Set up and remove traffic control devices, barricades, and work zone signage as directed; support concrete/asphalt/pipe installation and crews as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Previous heavy civil, highway, utility, paving, grading, or construction experience.
  • •Perform physically demanding work, including lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds (with assistance as needed).
  • •Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • •Must have a current and valid driver’s license and OSHA 10-hour Construction certification (or other relevant safety training).
