Job Summary

Lead a team of Customer Technical Services engineers supporting the global Pratt & Whitney PW2000 and PW4000 engine fleet. Resolve complex technical issues related to hot section and controls hardware, serve as the primary technical advisor to airlines and MROs, and partner with cross-functional engineering organizations to implement engineering changes. Authorize engineering actions and provide customer-facing guidance, while supporting fleet operations with on-call responsiveness and up to 10% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of Customer Technical Services engineers by prioritizing customer requests, removing roadblocks, mentoring, and driving timely resolution.
•Act as primary technical advisor to global airlines and MROs, providing guidance on hot section and controls systems and operational troubleshooting.
•Partner with Pratt & Whitney engineering/program organizations to resolve technical issues, monitor fleet health, implement engineering changes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
•Develop, authorize, and communicate engineering authorizations, maintenance documentation, and customer technical communications for engine inspection and overhaul.
•Represent Pratt & Whitney in customer-facing technical discussions and support fleet operations with rapid response via an on-call schedule.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and 7 years of prior relevant experience.
•Relevant experience supporting aerospace systems, turbine engine hardware, or engine component systems in an operational environment.
•Demonstrated success in technical troubleshooting, customer support, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
•Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams or projects to timely resolution.
•Experience leading technical teams/projects in an operational setting.
