Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the financial reporting process, including preparation of US GAAP financial statements and related disclosures, with anticipated Form 10-K/10-Q reporting.
  • •Monitor FASB/SEC and other authoritative bodies for impacts of new pronouncements and comment letters, and document accounting analyses and conclusions.
  • •Own and continuously improve month-end and quarter-end close activities, including review of accruals, internal-use software capitalization, and balance sheet reconciliations, and drive SOX-ready control execution.
  • •Prepare and review accounting entries and memos for complex matters such as revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, and stock-compensation expense, and coordinate quarterly and annual audit work.
  • •Drive automation and acceleration of the close process and oversee lender-related communication and reporting packages, including covenant compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • •CPA and/or public accounting experience required.
  • •10-12+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience, including general ledger/month-end close ownership.
  • •Proficient technical accounting skills with a thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience owning month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and internal-use software capitalization.
